Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the zoy 9 platform — including the website at zoy-9.com, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all products therein (sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games, and the cashier) — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email to the address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to open and use a zoy 9 account, you must satisfy ALL of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).

zoy 9 takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately upon discovery. All funds in the account at the time of suspension will be withheld pending investigation. Deposits made by underage players will be returned to the originating payment method after the investigation is complete, minus any winnings generated, which will be forfeited in full. zoy 9 may report underage gambling incidents to relevant authorities.

Account Registration & Security
Each individual person may hold only one registered account on zoy 9. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to circumvent a suspension, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other reason — are a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and all balances will be forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National ID card (NID) or passport, a valid mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
KYC Verification
All players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. KYC verification requires submission of a clear photograph or scan of a valid Bangladesh National ID card or passport. zoy 9 may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number) and, in some cases, proof of address.
Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. zoy 9 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including during active play, and to restrict account functionality pending document review.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zoy 9 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any other person. zoy 9 will never ask for your bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or bank account password — if you receive such a request from anyone claiming to represent zoy 9, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].
Any activity carried out on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password. zoy 9 will investigate reported security incidents but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
One Account Per Person
One registered account per individual. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
Accurate Information
All registration details must be truthful and current. zoy 9 cross-checks submitted information against KYC documents. Discrepancies may result in account suspension.
KYC Required for Withdrawal
No withdrawal will be processed on an unverified account. Submit your Bangladesh NID or passport via the account settings panel. Processing time is typically 24–48 hours.
Password Responsibility
Your login credentials are your responsibility. Use a strong, unique password and do not share it. Enable any available two-factor authentication for additional security.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on zoy 9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). zoy 9 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on standard transactions processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which zoy 9 has no control.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): zoy 9 is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious patterns. zoy 9 reserves the right to hold any transaction, request documentation, suspend an account, and report activity to relevant authorities if it suspects that a player is using the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling. Winnings generated through suspicious betting patterns may be voided pending investigation.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider in respect of a zoy 9 deposit is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Any account where a chargeback is initiated will be suspended immediately. The amount subject to the chargeback will be deducted from the account balance, and the account may be closed permanently. zoy 9 reserves the right to pursue recovery of chargeback losses through legal means.
Betting & Casino Rules
All betting and casino activity on zoy 9 is subject to the specific game and market rules published within the relevant section of the platform, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall apply to that game or market.
Sports Betting
Pre-match and in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed by the system and a bet ID is issued, the odds are locked and cannot be changed. zoy 9 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds resulting from a manifest error (pricing error or system fault). In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's account in full.
For cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — in the event a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, all bets on that match will be settled according to the specific match rules published at the time the market was opened. Generally, incomplete matches where fewer than the minimum required overs have been bowled will result in stakes being returned.
Live Casino
All live dealer games on zoy 9 are operated by third-party licensed game studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, etc.) are determined by the game studio and are displayed within the game interface. zoy 9 is not responsible for decisions made by the live dealer or any technical interruption originating from the game studio's streaming infrastructure.
In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, any bet already accepted and placed in the game round will be settled based on the outcome of that round as recorded by the game studio. If the round itself was voided due to a studio-side technical failure, the stake will be returned.
Slots & RNG Games
All slot and RNG game outcomes on zoy 9 are determined by certified Random Number Generator software provided by the relevant game studio (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot is published in the game's information panel. Actual results in any given session may deviate significantly from the theoretical RTP due to the inherent variance of RNG-based games.
Maximum Winnings
zoy 9 reserves the right to apply a maximum payout cap on any single bet, game round, or session. Applicable caps are published in the specific game or market rules. In circumstances where a technical error results in an erroneously high payout display, the maximum published cap applies and excess amounts will be corrected without prior notice.
Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
The following general bonus rules apply to all zoy 9 promotions unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Players who have not completed KYC are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
- Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is fraud and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
- All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement), expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). The wagering requirement must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Players who open a zoy 9 account for the primary purpose of exploiting bonuses, who use strategies designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly known as bonus abuse or matched betting), or who use bots or automated systems to place bets, will have their bonus privileges revoked and their accounts reviewed for potential closure.
Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any prohibited conduct — whether individually or in coordination with other players or third parties — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action.

- Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with live games, or otherwise interact with the platform without human direction in real time.
- Money Laundering: Using zoy 9 as a vehicle for laundering money obtained through criminal activity, regardless of the method used to deposit or withdraw.
- Chargeback Abuse: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after deposits have been wagered.
- Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or technical malfunction to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error are void.
- Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing zoy 9 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Third-Party Payment Use: Depositing using a payment account not registered in your own name, or receiving funds from third parties for the purpose of gambling on zoy 9.
zoy 9 employs fraud detection systems that monitor accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is underway, account access may be restricted and funds held pending the outcome. Players under investigation are encouraged to cooperate fully and submit any requested documentation promptly.
Account Suspension & Closure
zoy 9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
- A player is found to have breached any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
- A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- A player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
- Suspicious financial activity is detected on the account.
- A player requests self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.
- A player submits a voluntary account closure request via email to [email protected].
Voluntary Closure: If you wish to close your zoy 9 account, contact support at [email protected] with your full name, registered email address, and mobile number. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed, provided there are no pending investigations or active bonus wagering requirements.
Closure Due to Breach: Where an account is closed as a result of a terms violation or prohibited conduct, any funds in the account may be forfeited in full, depending on the nature of the breach. zoy 9 will notify the player of the closure decision and the reason via the registered email address. Players who believe a closure decision was made in error may submit a formal dispute to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notice.
Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more is classified as dormant. zoy 9 may apply a dormancy administration fee of up to ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after the 12-month threshold, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email at the registered address before dormancy fees are applied.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are written and published in the English language. In the event of any dispute, the English version of these terms is the authoritative version. zoy 9 operates as a private online platform. All disputes arising from these terms are subject to resolution through direct negotiation in the first instance, with zoy 9's final decision communicated within 30 days of a formal written dispute being received.
